Frontiers in Service 2005 - Tempe 

ARC: Connections: Conferences: Frontiers 2005

Frontiers 2005 came off in fine style with several themes being often heard in the comfortable outdoor settings that served as networking points for attendees. These themes included CRM, E-Services and Service Innovation, along with the concept of Service Science. The latter, highlighted also at the SERVSIG Doctoral Consortium, is a cross-functional approach to services combining engineering, marketing, strategy, operations, human resources and IT.
